PAIN WITH A NEUROPATHIC COMPONENT IN COMBATANTS AFTER GUNSHOT WOUNDS

Background. In combatants with gunshot wounds, the frequency of pain chronicization is observed in 63.4-78.5% cases. The reason for this high may be a neuropathic component. However, hypothesis remains unexplored.
 Aim: To study after wounds.
 Materials and methods. We analyzed treatment 769 wounds. component was identified using Douleur Neuropathique 4 questions. statistical analysis performed Shapiro-Wilk, Friedman, chi-square, Bonferroni correction.
 Results. obtained data indicate that all chronic wounds have (DN4 - from to 5 points). Moreover, results between groups did not differ 1 month p=0.918, 3 months 0.713, 6 p=0.824 12 p=0.911.
 Conclusion. Combatants who sustained risk pain. It found present patients category, so it one key components such chronicity, which requires further research.
